The best POD provider I've tried on shopify. Great customer service, no stupid subscription fee.

NINJA PRINT has been an amazing partner with my shopify store. There have been a couple hiccups on the way as we are very new to the shirt designing game. However NINJA print team is always right behind me and always ready to fix an issue. The customer service has been great and very prompt. Ninja POD has been a game changer for me! I make most of my sales in person at shows and carry inventory when Im on tour. With Ninja POD everyone who can't make it out to a show or who is in markets i dont get to can now grab anything they want and NinjaPOD has a high quality item shipped to their door in a few days! Highly recommend them if you need custom on demand clothing printed up!

I was happy to see this integrated into Shopify. After not being satisfied with other POD suppliers I was very exited to give them a try. So far so good.. great prices, no subscription, great selection of products. I have ordered several things and so far everything has turned out great.The design editor is easy to work with and can easily change colors of the uploaded designs. They are constantly making upgrades and fixing small things and customer service is good. Shipping time is quick also. Glad they started this POD division.

I've been with Ninja Transfers for several Years. They have unbeatable Customer Service. Then in 2025 I installed the POD App on my Shopify Store. I have had them multiple orders ranging from T-Shirt, Hoodies & Soft Shell Jackets. I'm happy to see POD Updated their Hat Pricing and I'm proud to be associated with a Stand Up Company.

Overall, the quality has been great. The product selection is really good with many of the brands I like to use. I’d love to see some of Ninja’s other lines added in the future (patches, embroidery, stickers, etc.)... would be complementary to my business needs!

I've been using Ninja POD for nearly 7 months and I am very happy with their service and the quality of products they provide. They have many name brand clothing items to choose from which my customers love! I have consistent orders coming through Ninja and they always process them quickly. I've only had a couple issues and those have been taken care of without question with reprint requests. Their support staff is also easily accessible if I have a question or if a customer needs a quick address change, for example. I also use them for DTFs, patches, and stickers!

I’ve been using Ninja for a few months and so far I love it! The shipping is fast, the quality of the shirts and prints are top tier, pricing could be a little more affordable but overall hands down an amazing app. Wouldn’t go with any other POD app.

We love Ninja! They have one of the best selections of all PODs out there when it comes to gear. We have slowly started to migrate a lot of our products over to Ninja from other PODs. Their turnaround time is typically 1-2 days and shipping is quick. We currently use Ninja for our Brandure Design Co store which sells local school gear, but we are also rolling out our new store, Nova Unlimited, which is all custom apparel. They have added inside tag labeling on T-Shirts and sure hope that expands to sweatshirts/hoodies soon too! We wish they did embroidery for hats too, because we'd love to move those products over as well!
