Refund policy
Any order issue with an order that has already been fulfilled, simply got your order list view in the app and click the actions button (3 dots) and click reprint request and fill out the form. We will get back to you ASAP with a reprint solution or any other additional questions we have via email.
By placing your order, you agree to our terms of service and are aware of our shipping, return & refund policy.
REFUNDS & REPRINTS
We have a 30 day reprint policy!
Contact us within 30 days of your customer receiving their order to submit a request for a reprint. We will reprint any order where there is a print quality or adherence issue, but not because of a poor quality file. If you'd like a refund for a print quality issue, it must be approved by management first.
Due to the nature of custom made-to-order apparel, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Be sure to check that all details within your shipping address are correct before placing an order. An order confirmation email will be sent after placing an order to confirm all order details.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
