Here are a few simple steps to connect our new Ninja POD app to your Shopify store.
- Go to app.ninjapod.com and sign in to your Ninja POD account. If you have never logged into the new app, please register for an account first.

Once in the app, navigate to Connections. From here, click Connect under Shopify.

Enter your store domain. You can find your store domain here in your Shopify settings.
Note: Use your.myshopify.comdomain, not your public storefront URL.
- Click Connect to Shopify. A new window may open asking you to log into your Shopify store admin. This will authenticate your app and connect it directly to your store.

Once authenticated, you will see that your store is successfully connected.
Upgrading from the previous app version?
If you are migrating, your previously created products and orders will automatically sync to the new app. Here is what to expect during the sync:
- Sync Speed: Roughly 200 products sync per hour. Sync time depends on your catalog size.
- Editing Products: Products undergoing sync cannot be edited until their sync completes. Once finished, design editing options will re-enable.
- Creating New Products: You can create and launch brand-new products while existing products are still syncing in the background.
