To give you a faster and more reliable experience, we have moved our app onto its own independent platform. Freeing ourselves from Shopify's technical limitations means a much smoother workflow for you right now, and it allows us to open the doors to connecting with other e-commerce platforms very soon.
What’s New?
We’ve given the app a major upgrade under the hood, bringing you:
- A New, Improved Design: A cleaner, simpler user interface that makes managing your store a breeze.
- Improved Reliability: A faster, more dependable system that keeps up with your business.
- Support for Multiple Products: More flexibility to offer your customers the exact product variations they want.
- More Platforms Coming Soon: The ability to sell beyond just Shopify in the near future.
How to Upgrade (It only takes 2 minutes!)
To start using the new app, we just need you to complete a quick, one-time setup to move your account over.
- Open your current Ninja POD app.
- You will see a welcome message. Click "Get started".
- Create a new login for the app. (Since we are independent of Shopify now, this gives you your own secure Ninja POD account credentials).
- Confirm a few quick details, and your store's migration will automatically begin!
Important note about the move:
- Zero downtime for your customers: The migration runs quietly in the background, so your store stays open.
- Temporary editing lock: While your products are moving over, you won't be able to edit them inside the app for a brief moment.
- Best-sellers first: To keep your business running smoothly, your highest-selling products are automatically prioritized so they move first!
