We recently launched our brand-new Ninja Print on Demand app platform to give you faster performance and better reliability. To keep your store running smoothly, we will no longer support the older version of the Ninja POD app after Thursday September 17, 2026.
What this means for you:
- Mandatory Upgrade on Next Access: The next time you open the app, you will be required to complete the quick migration step before accessing your dashboard.
- Zero Customer Impact: Your storefront remains fully operational—your buyers can keep ordering without any downtime or interruption.
- Existing Products Migration: Existing products will have a short down time while they update to the new app. Once fully migrated, editing existing products will be allowed.
How to complete your 1-minute upgrade:
- Open your Ninja POD app.
- Create your new login credentials to move your account over seamlessly.
Once migrated, you will immediately unlock our cleaner interface, improved stability, and new multi-product capabilities.
