How to Set Up TikTok Shop with Shopify and NinjaPOD

Setting up TikTok Shop to work with NinjaPOD starts with connecting your Shopify store and choosing the correct shipping and warehouse settings. Follow these essentials, then check your first order before promoting your products.

1. Connect your shop

Publish your NinjaPOD products to Shopify. Add the official TikTok sales channel, connect your TikTok Shop, and complete verification using your business details.

Sync your existing products and make sure their variants and SKUs match.

2. Choose Seller Shipping

In TikTok Seller Center, choose Seller Shipping and create a shipping template for your mapped warehouse, delivery areas, and customer shipping rates.

NinjaPOD creates its own shipping labels and cannot accept TikTok shipping labels.

3. Whose information should you use?

Business and customer service

Use your own legal and business details, along with your customer support name, email address, and phone number. Make sure these are contact channels you monitor.

Warehouse address

Use the NinjaPOD HQ address:

Return warehouse

Use your own return address. You are fully responsible for returns, and NinjaPOD does not accept returns.

4. Check the first order before promoting

Before promoting your products, check your first order through the fulfillment process:

• Confirm the order reaches Shopify with a usable delivery address.
• Confirm the order reaches NinjaPOD and is accepted for fulfillment.
• After shipment, verify that the carrier and tracking information appear in TikTok.

Check production time against TikTok's dispatch deadline. Extended handling time requires eligibility.
